Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it right away. Within 2 business days, we’ll confirm your payment and notify you via email that your order is being prepared.

Design and Production

After processing, our design and production team will begin working on your custom police trading cards. This stage usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on the design complexity. We ensure each order meets our quality standards.

Shipping

Once production is completed, your order is promptly shipped. Delivery takes 3-10 business days, depending on your selected shipping method (standard or expedited). A tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow the delivery progress.

Total Order Time: From order processing to shipping, your police trading cards will arrive in 10 to 20 business days.

Returns

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us through the "Contact Us" page on our website.

Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The cards are damaged and unusable.
  • Printing quality is poor, making the text unreadable.
  • Your order was incomplete (partial refund).
  • Your order didn’t arrive.
  • Your order arrived late (partial refund).
  • The QR code on the cards is not functioning (partial refund).
  • The cards are damaged but still usable (partial refund).

Refund Process

To request a refund, complete our refund form. You won’t need to return the product. Our team will contact you within 2 business days after submission. If there’s any issue with the form, feel free to reach out through the "Contact Us" section.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your cards arrive damaged or defective, notify us immediately through the refund request form. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a refund, including any shipping costs.
